The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Services Clerk for their Wirral location. This full-time position, classified as Band 2, involves a range of administrative tasks such as providing face-to-face and telephone support to patients scheduled for radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and outpatient clinics. The role includes managing appointment bookings, covering reception duties, and utilizing the trust's electronic patient record system. The clerk will work a 37.5 hours per week schedule, which may include weekends and bank holidays, and may require travel to other sites in cases of staff absence.

Candidates should have a good standard of education, including English and Maths, and possess excellent computer skills alongside prior office experience, with preference for those who have worked in an NHS setting.
