The Quality & Care Home Liaison Administrator role at Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust is a part-time position (15 hours per week) focused on providing administrative support to the Home First services team, particularly assisting with quality and care home liaison. Key responsibilities include managing patient referrals, data entry into clinical systems, maintaining patient records, and coordinating communications between the clinical teams and various healthcare providers. The role demands strong customer service skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment to ensure high standards of patient care.

This permanent position is based at Epsom Hospital, with the responsibility to work across other Surrey Downs sites as needed. The successful candidate will assist in recording service and patient data, support clinical staff, and maintain documentation in accordance with Trust and NHS England policies. The overarching goal of the Surrey Downs Health and Care network is to provide patient-centered care that seamlessly integrates services across different sectors, enhancing the overall experience for individuals in the community.
