The Medical Imaging Partnership is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in Manor Royal, Crawley. This full-time, permanent role involves assisting patients in accessing outpatient and diagnostic appointments, managing incoming and outgoing calls to patients and referrers, and overseeing clinic and waiting lists. The position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, good organisational abilities, and proficiency in IT. While experience in healthcare administration or customer service is desirable, it is not mandatory. The bookings centre operates Monday to Friday and on weekends, offering flexibility for those interested in part-time roles as well.

Candidates should possess a caring attitude and be willing to work collaboratively to ensure a positive patient experience. The role includes 27 days of holiday and a starting salary dependent on experience, beginning at £22,831. The ideal applicant should have GCSE qualifications and preferably some administrative or care experience.
