In this role, youll provide personal care and welfare support that empowers young people to reach their potential while maintaining dignity and independence. Youll also support pupils with their personalised care programmes, assisting them in daily tasks and promoting their confidence and self:esteem.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care and Support: Address the personal hygiene, health, and mobility needs of each pupil, following their individual care programmes.
- Respect and Dignity: Maintain pupils dignity by following intimate care protocols and respecting their individuality.
