The role of Administrator at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust involves providing comprehensive administrative support within the Community Nursing Unscheduled Care Admin Team as part of the Single Point of Access Service (SPOA) in Prescot. The candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals, managing an inbound patient phone line, processing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office, is required, and familiarity with RiO is desirable.
