The Directorate Support Manager position at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Newport is an internal role intended for current employees only. The successful candidate will provide management support to the Surgical management team, focusing on enhancing service delivery and organisational performance within Urology. Key responsibilities include overseeing inpatient and outpatient scheduling, managing medical secretarial staff, ensuring compliance with referral to treatment rules, and actively participating in Directorate meetings.
