The role of Patient Services Assistant/Associate at the Brighton Center for Specialty Care involves providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and staff. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting patients and families with check-in and check-out services.
- Scheduling appointments and tests, processing co-pays, and handling payments.
- Collaborating closely with clinical teams to enhance patient experiences.
- Performing insurance verifications and updating patient information.

Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Candidates should have effective communication skills and a comfort level with technology and office practices.

Desired qualifications include familiarity with the MiChart (EPIC-Cadence) system and prior experience in a healthcare setting.

The work schedule spans Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays, and positions are on-site.
