The NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two full-time Clinical Psychologists to join their multi-disciplinary team in Barking and Dagenham, focusing on mental health services for children and young people. Ideal candidates will have experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), particularly in areas related to safeguarding, risk, and neurodevelopmental concerns. The role involves providing specialized psychological assessments and therapies, offering clinical leadership, and engaging in research and innovation in collaboration with the University of Cambridge. Candidates will work autonomously, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions and contributing to the overall emotional and mental health of children and families in the community.

This position emphasises the importance of clinical supervision for junior clinicians and the promotion of mental wellbeing through various clinical interventions. Newly appointed staff will receive a comprehensive induction to support their integration into the Trust and are eligible for a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary.
