NHS Scotland is seeking a Telephonist to join the team at University Hospital Wishaw. This part-time permanent position involves answering and transferring incoming and outgoing calls via the main telephone system. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of telecommunications systems. Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, adhering to health and safety protocols, and working flexible shifts across a 24-hour period.
