Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a small team of support staff to deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of every child in line with individual care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Work closely with school management and external agencies to create a holistic care approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on the children’s and staff’s progress.
- Manage staff performance, conducting supervisions and appraisals, and supporting their professional development.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment that encourages independence and personal growth for all children.
- Experience in supporting children with complex needs (ideally within a school or care setting).
