The Komplex Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Care Assistant Team Leader to manage a small team at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in the North West of England. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a small team of support staff to deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of every child in line with individual care plans.

- Work closely with school management and external agencies to create a holistic care approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on the children’s and staff’s progress.

- Experience in supporting children with complex needs (ideally within a school or care setting).
