The Komplex Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Care Assistant Team Leader to manage a small team at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in the North West of England. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring support staff to provide high-quality care to children with complex needs, ensuring their safety and development in alignment with individual care plans. The Team Leader will also collaborate with school management and external agencies, maintain accurate records, and foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages the personal growth of each child.
