The Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a Team Secretary for the Monmouth Community Learning Disabilities Team (CLDT) in Abergavenny. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the team, requiring strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Key responsibilities include managing information exchange with patients and staff, handling incoming calls, providing administrative support such as typing and filing, managing diary conflicts, and attending meetings to prepare necessary documentation. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities, the capacity to work independently and under pressure, and proficiency in data entry for reporting purposes. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable but not mandatory.
