Wickes is seeking a Duty Manager in Aberdeen to lead the store in the absence of the Operations Manager, prioritizing employee and customer safety while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, supervising staff, and supporting recruitment, training, and development efforts.
