There is currently an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 to join the Urgent Community Response and Hospital at Home in H&R. You will work within a large multidisciplinary team offering specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and Therapy intervention.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team and on your own, frequently using your own initiative. Excellent communication skills, organisational skills, enthusiasm, commitment and ability to negotiate across a wide range of agencies are also vital in this post.
The role will require being involved with clients with a range of multiple medical, social and emotional problems, as well as a substantial amount of home visits. The ability to travel independently is therefore an essential part of this post.
The team currently provides a 7 day service so there is an expectation for the successful candidate to be included in the cover for weekend working.
