South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Expert Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join their Urgent Community Response and Hospital at Home teams in Northallerton. The role involves providing specialized Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention within a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on supporting clients facing various medical, social, and emotional challenges. The position requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while performing home visits. The candidate must also be available for weekend shifts, as the service operates seven days a week.
