The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and flexible Patient Access Clerk to join their administration team in the Cancer Directorate at the Sussex Cancer Centre in Brighton. This full-time position (37.5 hours/week) involves supporting the clinical and nursing teams within Haematology services, managing outpatient bookings from referral to discharge, and ensuring compliance with patient access policies and waiting time targets. The ideal candidate will possess administrative experience, strong customer service skills, be computer literate, and demonstrate effective communication and organisational abilities while working independently and as part of a team.

The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to facilitate a high-quality patient access service, along with analyzing patient data and suggesting procedural improvements.
