NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker for the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) team in Dunfermline. Ideal candidates will possess strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a genuine interest in primary care within a general practice environment. Previous experience in community or primary care settings is advantageous, especially if combined with phlebotomy skills. Applicants should have relevant knowledge and experience, and an appropriate SVQ qualification is desirable. The role requires the ability to travel across the Fife-wide division and involves a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The position offers regular supervision and training opportunities, with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Candidates must become members of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
