The York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse for the role of Sister/Charge Nurse in the Critical Care Outreach Team (CCOT) at York Hospital, with possible coverage at Scarborough Hospital. The CCOT provides essential care for deteriorating and acutely ill patients across the hospital 24/7, working in collaboration with various multi-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include advanced patient assessments, leading quality improvement initiatives, and delivering education to ward teams. The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of experience in a critical care setting, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills.
