The Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a Band 8B Clinical Practitioner Psychologist for the Gwent Attachment Service, which provides support to children and young people affected by developmental trauma and attachment difficulties. The role involves specialist clinical and strategic leadership, coordination of team capacity, supervision of staff, and collaboration with multi-agency professionals to enhance service delivery. The successful applicant will engage in both direct therapeutic work and strategic planning, while also providing training and consultation to other professionals.
