At Neptune, we're on the lookout for a passionate Home Specialist to join our welcoming store team, where you can turn your love for design into an inspiring career. With 24 hours a week dedicated to creating memorable customer experiences, you’ll leverage your product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the perfect items for their homes, all while enjoying the stunning surroundings of our Chichester location, nestled within the breathtaking South Downs National Park.

About This Role
We're excited to welcome a Home Specialist to our existing store team for 24 hours a week, focusing on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers and creating a memorable experience through their in-depth product knowledge and passion for great design and interiors.
Responsibilities Include
We would love it if you could bring to us previous experience in a customer facing role with a high service-led approach and focus on care and attention to detail. You'll bring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work proactively and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll set high standards for yourself and seek to exceed our customer expectations.
Sharing its name with our first-ever collection, Neptune Chichester is set within a converted stable block, nestled among lakes and open countryside in the neighbourhood of the South Downs National Park and Chichester Harbour, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You'll find a lovely balance of heritage and country, inside the store and out, with striking pitched ceilings and beautifully landscaped gardens offering the perfect place to sit back, relax and take in your surroundings.

Responsibilities Include
- Identifying customer needs and answering product related questions using your product knowledge whilst offering advice and guidance in the selection of suitable products
- Processing sales and communicating accurate information, including creating purchase orders from suppliers and quotations for customers
- Supporting in improving and maintaining brand standards on visual display and merchandising to meet our company guidelines
- Organising meetings for our in-house Designers to support with kitchen and home design appointments.Following Neptune policies and procedures to maintain our stock, cash handling and customer records
- Supporting with maintaining the upkeep of our stores, ensuring they are presented to our brand standard
