The role of Catalogue Administrator at Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust involves managing electronic supplier catalogues to ensure accurate and timely updates, facilitating efficient procurement services for the Trust. The position requires the post holder to liaise with suppliers and departments, provide training to end users on catalogue utilisation, and address any catalogue-related issues. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the catalogue register, administering the online marketplace, and generating reports on catalogue usage to support purchasing decisions.

This full-time, permanent position is part of the Purchasing and Supplies Team, which is focused on securing the best value for money for the Trust's procurement needs.
