The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Cleanliness Co-ordinator in Greater London. The role involves supporting the Cleanliness Management Team by ensuring high standards of environmental hygiene are met per National Standards of Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include managing daily cleaning services, overseeing staff recruitment and retention, monitoring cleanliness, participating in audits, managing resources, and handling staff training and appraisals. The position requires excellent communication, organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing demands. Core working hours are 8am-4pm, with shifts covering the full week.
