Join the vibrant team at Rainbow Nursery, an exceptional workplace nursery created for the dedicated staff of East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. We are seeking a passionate Nursery Assistant who holds at least an NVQ Level 2 in Childcare & Education (or equivalent) and has experience working with children under five. If you're a compassionate communicator with a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, we’d love to hear from you! This role offers flexibility in working hours, allowing you to balance your professional life with your personal commitments.

At Rainbow Nursery, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds by planning engaging educational activities in a safe, caring environment. You will work closely with the Management team to ensure the highest standards of childcare, interacting positively with children and supporting their language and learning development.
