The Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Ward Based Pharmacy Assistant at community hospitals in South Oxfordshire. This newly established position involves working alongside a dedicated Medicines Management team in various clinical settings, contributing to patient care through efficient medicines optimisation. Responsibilities include assisting in the safe provision of pharmacy services, managing patient medications, and maintaining non-stock medicines, all under the supervision of experienced professionals. Candidates with previous pharmacy experience or those looking to transition from community to hospital pharmacy are encouraged to apply, with full training provided to support skill development.
