Randstad Education is looking for caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to join their partner nurseries and schools in Newhaven on a permanent or fixed-term basis, with the option for full-time or part-time work during term time only. The role involves supporting daily activities in the nursery, planning and delivering educational activities, ensuring children's health and safety, and fostering positive relationships to promote their confidence and independence. Nursery Assistants will also collaborate with staff to maintain a nurturing environment, monitor children's progress, and communicate with parents about their children's development.

Candidates should have experience working with young children, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and ideally have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. While relevant childcare qualifications are beneficial, they are not mandatory.
