The Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a motivated and friendly individual for the role of Cardiology Booking Clerk in Newport. This internal position involves managing outpatient diagnostic test bookings, maintaining waiting lists, responding to patient inquiries, and adhering to Welsh Government RTT guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, IT literacy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically. Knowledge of the Myrddin system and RTT guidelines is advantageous, while fluency in Welsh is desirable but not mandatory.

We are looking for someone who is IT literate, able to meet deadlines and also has excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of the Myrddin system and RTT guidelines would be advantageous. You must be methodical and organised in your approach and thrive on the opportunity to make a genuine difference.
