Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board invites compassionate women and caring individuals to join our dedicated team as a Health Care Support Worker in Pontyclun. In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week), you’ll work closely within our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, supporting service users facing severe mental health challenges. Our well-respected mixed-gender unit is committed to providing gold standard care and fostering recovery through collaborative efforts in a nurturing environment.
