Optegra Eye Health Care is seeking a NHS Patient Services Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. This hybrid role involves four days in the office and one day working from home, with a four-week induction and training period at the office. The position focuses on delivering virtual pre-operative consultations for prospective patients, performing administrative tasks such as booking appointments and managing communications, all while providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.
