York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Endoscopy Technician to join their newly established state-of-the-art York Endoscopy unit, which features seven procedure rooms for various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including colonoscopy and bronchoscopy. The role entails supporting patients during these procedures, assisting registered nurses, taking biopsies, monitoring patient observations, and performing venepuncture and cannulation, with working hours spanning Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm.
