The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an Enhanced Care Support Worker to join their newly established Enhanced Care Team in Greater London. This role involves providing 1:1 enhanced therapeutic care and personal support to patients, focusing on their physical and psychological well-being during their hospital stay. Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care, planning holistic activities to adapt to changing patient needs, and offering supervision and support under the direction of Registered Nurses and Ward Managers.

Key aspects of the role include:
