Practice Plus Group is seeking a compassionate and driven Primary Care Nurse to join their team at HMP Full Sutton, a Category A men's prison in a rural setting. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide nurse-led services, prevent hospital admissions, dispense medication, and conduct patient assessments. The position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week with a salary range of £33,232 to £40,211, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Candidates must hold a valid adult nursing qualification and possess excellent communication skills, along with a non-judgmental approach to care. While experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment is preferred, it is not essential.
