The Head of Hospital Management at Bupa in Staines-Upon-Thames is responsible for overseeing the hospital and service line networks of Bupa UK Insurance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, affordable healthcare services to members. This role includes managing approximately 600 contracts with a claims spend of £1.3 billion per annum, designing provider tariffs, and establishing criteria for hospital recognition in the network. The Head of Hospital Management will lead contract negotiations with key providers and drive initiatives toward achieving Bupa's goal of Net Zero by 2040.
