The role of Call Handler (PTR) / QPS Administrator involves serving as the primary contact for telephone concerns directed to the Corporate Mental Health and Learning Disabilities team. Key responsibilities include gathering confidential information from complainants, logging details in the RLDatix system, providing administrative support, and promoting a compassionate communication approach. Applicants are expected to be current staff members of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, with a flexible working environment offered. Essential skills include strong telephone etiquette, communication, and IT proficiency. Experience in customer-focused settings is required, with desirable knowledge of NHS systems.
