Baker Hughes is seeking a Personnel Coordinator in Aberdeen to oversee the planning and execution of personnel resources for various projects. The role involves managing the Personnel Team, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards, coordinating workloads with Account Project Managers, and maintaining effective communication with both field personnel and suppliers. The Coordinator will also support staff development, conduct performance reviews, and drive HSE and compliance initiatives while maintaining detailed records and training compliance.

Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent experience in engineering, with a preference for those with field knowledge in Process, Pipeline, and Mechanical scopes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft programs and a proactive leadership approach.
