The Band 4 Nursing Associate role at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust in Brighton involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with acute abdominal conditions, primarily in a 35-bed setting. This position requires the successful completion of the Nursing Associate training program, including a level 5 Foundation Degree qualification. The Nursing Associate will work under the direction of Registered Nurses, focusing on promoting health and independence while engaging in a diverse and complex patient care environment.
