The Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking male applicants for the full-time position of Nursing Assistant (New to Care) in their Secure Care Division in Liverpool. This role targets individuals without prior healthcare experience but who possess transferable skills, providing them with the opportunity to grow through mandatory training delivered on the job. Nursing Assistants will provide direct care and observational support to service users with mental illnesses and learning disabilities, while reporting key observations to qualified staff.

Successful candidates will begin at band 2 pay until they complete relevant competencies, with potential recruitment and retention premia available based on service allocations.
