The Nursing Associate role at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in York involves collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive clinical care for individuals across various age groups and settings. The Nursing Associate will work under the guidance of registered nurses, participating in assessments, care planning, and the delivery of evidence-based care for service users, particularly those with mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and neurodiversity. Key responsibilities include effectively communicating with service users and their families, managing various clinical tasks, and supporting health care support workers while ensuring adherence to professional standards and governance.
