NHS Scotland is seeking enthusiastic, registered Mental Health Nurses for a full-time, permanent position within the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership's South West Thrive Welcome Team. This role involves working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide accessible, short-term mental health interventions to adults aged 18-64 facing various challenges, such as acute distress, anxiety, and self-harm. The position emphasises a person-centered approach, utilizing professional skills for risk assessment, psycho-education, and proactive intervention strategies that promote self-agency among clients.
