The Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join their Paignton Health and Well-Being Team. This role involves providing high-quality care to housebound patients across various services, including Community Nursing, Intermediate Care, and support for Community Matrons. The position emphasises collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and aims to positively impact patients' quality of life.
