NHS Golden Jubilee is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Assistant Clinical Educator in Glasgow, focusing on education within the Critical Care environment (Intensive Care and High Dependency Units). This position involves working collaboratively with nursing staff, pre-registration students, and newly qualified practitioners to assess training needs and enhance knowledge and skills. The Assistant Clinical Educator will support the delivery of a competency-based training program designed for newly qualified staff, working closely with the Critical Care Clinical Educator and other senior nursing personnel.

Candidates should possess an ordinary level degree in nursing or healthcare (or equivalent) and demonstrate career progression in critical care nursing, with bed-side teaching experience being essential. A post-registration qualification in critical care is desirable.
