The Clinical Teaching Fellow in Medical Education at St Andrew's Healthcare in Northampton is a fixed-term position suitable for doctors who have completed or are currently undergoing foundation training (FY2) or Core Trainees (CT1 - CT3). It is also open to Specialty Grade Doctors (ST4 - ST6) looking for a break to gain broader experience. The role combines clinical and educational responsibilities, including supervising and teaching medical students, and offers substantial opportunities for professional development in a supportive academic environment. The fellow will participate in a structured program of teaching, clinical activities, and will have time allocated for pursuing a funded Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education.
