The Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Children’s Nurse (RN - Child) to join their integrated team in Brighton as a Children and Young People's Community Nurse. This role involves providing specialist community nursing care for children and young people, working both autonomously and collaboratively with a broader team. The ideal candidate will engage in developing local community nursing practices in alignment with best practice standards, promoting the health and wellbeing of children and their families.
