The role of Porter/Domestic at the Woodlands facility of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust involves working 37.5 hours per week, comprising 7.5 hours per day across five days, including weekends and bank holidays. To assist colleagues within the Soft Services Department to providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues, in line with the Trust’s Standards and the National Cleaner Hospitals Programme.
To move furniture when required, support with the movement of bloods, waste, furniture. Use of floor machines and supporting Domestics on ward.
