The role of Porter/Domestic at the Woodlands facility of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust involves working 37.5 hours per week, comprising 7.5 hours per day across five days, including weekends and bank holidays. The primary responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, aligning with the Trust’s standards and the National Cleaner Hospitals Programme. Tasks include moving furniture, handling blood and waste movement, and operating floor machines while supporting domestic staff on the wards.
