Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a Head of Digitised Health Records to oversee the operational and strategic management of health records services, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer. This leadership role requires significant experience in digitised health records, staff management, financial oversight, and the implementation of strategic changes. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the Health Board’s digital strategy and ensuring that health records services are effective, efficient, and aligned with both clinical and business objectives.

The position demands strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage change in a dynamic healthcare environment. Applicants should possess at least a master's degree, relevant managerial qualifications, and experience in a senior NHS role.
