We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of Consultants, Dietitians, as well as Specialist Nurses. The team receives referrals from many primary care and community services as well as local acute hospitals to deliver high quality integrated diabetes care in the community.
We are based in Westminster with excellent transport links and we work within the London Borough of H&F, K&C and Westminster.
We are looking to for a self-motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills who can work well on their own initiative and as part of our Diabetes Team
Previous Experience Is Desirable, However Training Will Be Given.
