Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Care Assistant for their new 13-bedded Elective Orthopaedic Unit at Frimley Park Hospital. This fast-paced ward, opening in February 2025, will cater to patients undergoing various orthopaedic surgical procedures, operating 7 days a week with isolated side rooms for all patients. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, motivated, and possess excellent communication skills, with a commitment to high standards of patient care. A background in healthcare is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

The role involves supporting registered nurses in patient care, ensuring safety, assisting with basic needs, and performing both clinical and non-clinical duties. Candidates should have functional maths and English qualifications and relevant healthcare experience, preferably in orthopaedic or surgical settings.
