Are you passionate about supporting mothers and their little ones during some of the most pivotal moments of their lives? The Perinatal Mental Health Service at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is searching for a full-time Healthcare Assistant to join our compassionate team at the Chamomile Suite. This specially designed 10-bed unit provides essential inpatient care for mothers facing mental health challenges during pregnancy and after childbirth. Here, you’ll play a crucial role in nurturing the bond between mothers and their babies, ensuring they receive the support they need in a safe, inclusive environment.
We’re eager to welcome women who are adaptable, loving, and have a genuine interest in maternal care. While experience in caring for individuals in acute mental health crises is desirable, your compassion and commitment to quality patient-centred care are what truly matter. Working on a rotational shift basis, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, you’ll help us deliver round-the-clock support to those we serve.
