Pobl Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker for their Support Living services in Blackwood, Caerphilly. This part-time, permanent role involves 18 hours of work per week with shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm, followed by an overnight stay. The successful candidate will provide support to an individual with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities while promoting their independence. A full UK manual driving license and access to a car are essential for this role.
Candidates ideally have experience with individuals with physical or mental health needs, though comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for a caring and passionate individual to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in our Support Living services in Blackwood. This is an 18 hour part time, permanent position. The shifts are from 2pm-10.30pm, followed by a sleep in and finishing 3pm the following day, with every other weekend off. - Providing emotional support
- Completing various Cleaning and Administrative Duties.
- Being able to bring fresh ideas to the team and implement different ways of working.
- Stock checking Individuals Medications and Finances.
- Sleep in a dedicated guest room at a fixed rate of £62.64 from 10.30pm – 6.30am
