The University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking compassionate and hardworking Health Care Assistants for a part-time role (25 hours per week) at The Park Centre for Breast Care in Brighton. The position involves supporting patients in various clinics, including oncology and fast-track services, by providing individualized care, chaperoning patients during consultations and procedures, and ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team. A patient-centered approach and strong empathy are essential, as the role involves working with often anxious patients and their families.
