NHS Ayrshire and Arran is looking for qualified Staff Nurses for their Emergency Department at University Hospital Crosshouse. Successful candidates will have post-registration experience in a ward environment, possess excellent communication and team-working skills, and demonstrate commitment to high standards of nursing care. Responsibilities include mentoring students and junior staff, as well as staying updated with relevant skills and NHS policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN Level 1).
  • Understanding of NHS procedures and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Work Schedule:

  • 37 hours per week with a rotational shift pattern (11.5-hour shifts).
