What You Will Do NHS Ayrshire and Arran is currently seeking qualified staff nurses to work in their Emergency Department. Post registration experience in a ward based environment is essential for this opportunity to work within our busy and developing service. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills are essential in this role. You will be committed to providing a good standard of nursing care and you will demonstrate motivation and enthusiasm to your work within the department. Be able to supervise and provide a mentorship role to students and junior staff, following mentorship training programme.
