Kibble is seeking a Sessional Child and Youth Care Worker in Paisley to support at-risk children and young people who are unable to live at home due to various challenges. The role involves direct engagement with young people, focusing on their personal development through routines and activities, while adhering to the organisation's policies and communication protocols. Workers will be responsible for creating a safe environment, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the overall welfare of the children.

Candidates should possess a range of life experiences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to form professional relationships. Previous experience with children is preferred, and flexibility is essential, as the facility operates 24/7. Additionally, a valid driving license is required, as well as physical fitness for crisis management situations.
